‍These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MWR Motorcycle Breakers website and any purchases, enquiries, or services provided by us (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website or placing an order/enquiry, you agree to these Terms.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use this website in any way that may cause damage to the website, impair performance, or interfere with other users.

We sell used and/or refurbished motorcycle parts. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:
- Parts are second-hand unless stated otherwise
- Some items may show signs of wear
- Compatibility is the responsibility of the buyer
- We recommend professional fitting where applicable
We are not responsible for incorrect installation or incompatibility unless the item was incorrectly described.

When you submit a scrap bike enquiry:
- All quotes are estimates only based on the information provided
- Final value may change upon physical inspection
- We reserve the right to adjust the offer if condition differs from description
- Collection is subject to availability and location
- You confirm you are the legal owner or authorised representative of the motorcycle
We may refuse collection if the vehicle does not match the description provided.

We offer returns under the following conditions

5.1 Return Window
Buyers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

5.2 Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described Items
If an item is:
- faulty
- damaged in transit
- not as described
You are entitled to a free return and full refund or replacement (where available).

5.3 Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind:
- The buyer is responsible for return postage costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless otherwise required by law)

5.4 Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be:
- in the same condition as received
- unused and uninstalled (where applicable)
- returned with all original packaging, tags, and components
We reserve the right to deduct from any refund if:
- the item is damaged
- parts are missingthe item has been used or fitted
- packaging is not returned

Once a return is received and inspected:
- refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
- refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- we may reduce refunds in line with deductions outlined above

We are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses
- incorrect fitting or installation of parts
- damage caused after delivery
- loss of income or vehicle downtime
Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

We aim to ensure all information is accurate, but:
- product descriptions may contain minor errors
- availability may change without notice
- images are for illustration purposes where applicable

All content on this website (text, images, logos, branding) is owned by or licensed to MWR Motorcycle Breakers. You may not copy, reproduce, or use content without permission
